License types
Editorial
News, blogs, recaps, and non-commercial storytelling. Credit required: “Anthony Rivera / Burst Mode Media” with a link to our site or portfolio when published online.
Commercial
Advertising, sponsored content, merchandise, and promotional use by teams, brands, or agencies. Scoped by medium, territory, and duration. Quote required before use.
Personal
For athletes and families — images of your athlete for personal social media, prints, and keepsakes. Simple flat pricing; not for brand promotion or resale.
Exclusive
Time-limited or assignment-based exclusivity available for select shoots. Contact us before publication if you need exclusive rights.

Starting license rates
- Personal — from $75 per image
- Editorial — from $200 per image
- Commercial — from $750 per image
- Exclusive — quoted by use, duration, and exclusivity
Athlete packs (5 images) start at $225. Full personal game galleries start at $350. Volume and multi-image packages are available by quote.
Standard terms
- Licenses are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
- No sublicensing, resale, or inclusion in stock libraries without permission.
- No alteration that misrepresents the subject or context without approval.
- We retain copyright; a license grants specific usage rights only.
- Rates depend on usage, audience, exclusivity, and volume. We provide a written quote before delivery when possible.
Free / courtesy use
Athletes, programs, and media partners we cover may receive limited editorial use of images for their own channels (e.g., team social media recaps) when agreed in advance or under an existing credential arrangement. Anything beyond that requires a license.
How to license

- Include the image(s) or event, intended use, platforms, run length, and deadline.
- We reply with availability, pricing, and delivery format (typically high-res JPEG).
- Payment and written confirmation are required before commercial delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Unauthorized use
Downloading, screenshotting, or republishing images without a license may constitute copyright infringement. If you believe an image is used without permission, contact us and we will address it promptly.
