Burst Mode Media is a working newsroom first — but the photography behind it is available for hire. If you run a program, coach a club team, manage an outlet, or just want professional images of your athlete, you can book the same camera that covers the press box.

How booking works
- Send the event details — sport, date, venue, and what you need — via the contact form (choose “Photography assignment” or “Photo licensing”) or email hello@hookemsportsmedia.com.
- We reply with availability and a written quote. Every job is confirmed in writing before booking — no surprises.
- Assignments are secured with a deposit (typically 50%). Licenses and smaller personal packages are paid in full before delivery.
- We send an invoice with a secure payment link. We shoot, edit, and deliver a high-resolution gallery with usage rights spelled out in writing.
- Final balance (if any) is due before gallery delivery unless otherwise agreed.
We do not take walk-up checkout on this site. Rates above are starting points; your quote is the binding price for that job.
Where our integrity comes first
Commercial photography is a separate service from our editorial coverage, and we keep the line bright:
- We do not use press credentials to produce paid client deliverables. Credentialed access is for editorial coverage only.
- Paid work never buys coverage. Hiring us does not place stories on burstmodemedia.com, and our reporting is never conditioned on commercial relationships.
- If a commercial relationship could affect a story, we disclose it — see our editorial standards.
- We are independent. Booking us does not imply affiliation with any team, league, or university we cover.
