Texas won the 2025–26 Division I Learfield Directors’ Cup — third straight year and fifth time in the last six — with 1,322.00 points to Stanford’s 1,263.50, per Texas Athletics and NACDA.

The Cup year rode three NCAA team titles (men’s swimming and diving, rowing, softball) plus men’s tennis’ ITA National Indoor crown. Texas also posted 11 NCAA top-five finishes and 13 top-10s, and was the only Division I school to send men’s and women’s basketball to the Sweet 16 and baseball and softball to the College World Series in the same season, per Texas Athletics.

In the SEC’s second year on the Forty Acres, Texas claimed a league-best six conference titles (plus beach volleyball’s MPSF crown), per the athletics release.
